Shipping policy
At Avalon Willow Home, we strive to make your online shopping experience as seamless and enjoyable as possible. We understand that timely processing and careful packaging are key to delivering your items with care. Each order is thoughtfully packed and shipped with love from our Richmond Hill, ON location. You’ll receive an email with tracking information within 1-3 business days after your order is placed. Please note that processing times exclude holidays and any days we are closed.
Orders are shipped within Canada using Canada Post as well as other trusted courier partners, including Purolator, UPS, DHL, and additional carriers as needed depending on the destination and courier availability.
Avalon Willow Home reserves the right to modify or discontinue its free shipping offer at any time, and to update or amend this shipping policy without prior notice.
Canadian Shipping
Free Shipping on Orders Over $250
Enjoy free standard shipping within Canada on all orders totaling $250 or more (before taxes and after discounts). No promotional code is required—free shipping will be automatically applied at checkout. Estimated delivery is typically 1-5 business days, depending on your location, however, delivery to remote or rural areas may take longer.
Orders Under $250
Shipping rates for orders under $250 will be calculated at checkout based on your selected shipping method. Estimated delivery timeframes will also be provided by the courier at checkout. Available shipping options may include services such as Xpresspost, standard, ground, or priority with rates varying accordingly.
We currently do no offer shipping outside of Canada.
Address Accuracy & Delivery Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, Avalon Willow Home is not liable for delays or delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses, and we are unable to reroute packages once they have been shipped.
Redelivery: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will gladly arrange redelivery at the customer’s expense.
Please note that refunds will not be issued for orders shipped to incorrect addresses, so we strongly encourage reviewing all order details before completing your purchase.

Lost or Stolen Packages ("Porch Pirates")
Once a package is marked as “delivered” by the carrier, Avalon Willow Home is not responsible for its whereabouts. Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds or replacements for lost or stolen packages once delivery has been confirmed, either through tracking or photo proof.
If your package is marked as delivered but you cannot locate it, please follow these steps:
- Check with neighbors or household members to see if the package was picked up or misdelivered.
- Inspect the delivery photo (if available) to confirm the drop-off location.
- Contact your local carrier office to request further investigation.
- File a theft report with local authorities if you believe the package was stolen.
To avoid potential issues, we strongly recommend choosing a secure delivery address, such as a work address or where someone can receive the package in person.
