Due to the delicate nature of luxe Pampas grass, it is natural for its plume (fluffy part) to press during shipping. Unpacking and handling this product with care is highly recommended. Place it in the sunlight to aid the re-fluffing process, and gently shake or use a low-setting blow dryer. Shedding may occur while re-fluffing which is a natural occurrence, but once it's on display, the shedding is minimal. To further minimize shedding, avoid placing pampas grass in windy environments, place it in low-traffic areas, and give it a light mist of unscented hairspray (natural if possible). Avoid exposure to water.
